SyncPro’s CloudOS Now Supports Monitoring Zoom Rooms

Tel-Aviv, Israel - July 6, 2020 - SyncPro, the developer of CloudOS, a multi-tenant SaaS platform for deploying, managing, and monitoring workplace IoT devices, announced today the general availability of its Zoom integration.

The new SyncPro Zoom app, available in the Zoom Marketplace, makes it easy for system administrators to import their Zoom Rooms into CloudOS and monitor them – customers will get instant notifications of events such as a peripheral disconnecting or a room going offline.

CloudOS offers built-in integration with leading ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, and ConnectWise, as well as support for popular messaging platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Slack. Using CloudOS, IT and helpdesk teams will be immediately notified when any issue arises, so they can take proactive actions to ensure users’ satisfaction.

The recently introduced “Quick Import” feature in CloudOS, which allows customers to easily import their organizational tree and devices from Crestron’s XiO Cloud, is now also available for Zoom. Using the new feature, customers can import hundreds of Zoom Rooms to CloudOS with just one click.
